- Introductory call (30 minutes). You describe the situation, and we provide a candid assessment of whether and how we can help.
- Fixed-scope diagnostic. A short, clearly priced examination of the facts before any larger commitment is made.
- Engagement with a defined exit. Recovery, leadership, PMO build, or training, always concluding with a structured handover. Our measure of success is your team's ability to operate without us.
