Jason has spent nearly two decades leading the programs organizations describe as critical: Basel III compliance and market-risk integration at BMO; regulatory delivery (FATCA, CRS) at CIBC; capital-markets initiatives at TD Securities; multi-vendor avionics software for Bombardier's Global 5000 and 6000 aircraft; and most recently the full global technology portfolio, including an emerging AI program portfolio, at the world's largest law firm, where he designed and established the PMO.
He holds the credentials by which this industry measures experience, including PMP, PfMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, PROSCI change management, Scrum, and Canadian and Enterprise Risk Management designations. What clients engage, however, is judgment. Across banking, law, aerospace, and the public sector, the stated reason a program is failing is rarely the actual one, and recognizing the difference is the substance of this work.
